3. Preparing for Launching the Email Campaign[edit]

- Buy a custom domain for email marketing.
- Point a domain to the email hosting server (we are using Migadu).
- Set up SPF and DKIM records.
- Make a redirect from the custom domain to the client’s website.
- Write a copy for the email campaign.
Deliverable: Prepared stuff for launching campaigns.
4. Launching the Email Campaign[edit]

- Add emails to the sending tool (tool ⇒ Lemlist).
- Start to warm up emails (tool ⇒ Lemwarm).
- Find and export leads for the campaign (tool ⇒ Apollo).
- Create a campaign in the sending tool (tool ⇒ Lemlist).
- Import leads to the sending tool (tool ⇒ Lemlist).
- Set up sending settings for the campaign.
- Launch the email marketing campaign.
Deliverable: Launched Email campaign.
5. Ongoing Monitoring[edit]

- Ongoing monitoring of the email campaign.
- Analyzing key email campaign metrics.
- Increasing the number of sending limits for emails.
- Improving the email campaign based on the results.
