💡 Every Monday, the best employee of the previous week is chosen.
Team members nominate candidates based on merit and performance.
If there are multiple candidates, a spinning wheel is used to determine the winner.
The Champion receives a +$25 bonus to their salary.
A monetary gift of $50.
- Compensation for using a personal computer for work:
$40 per month.
💡 A monthly event held on the last Friday of each month.
We finish work 2–3 hours early and organize an online get-together with games or casual chat.
Each participant can order food (up to $50), covered by the company.
Reimbursement requires a receipt, submitted to the payroll manager.
Compensation is added to next week's salary.
‼️ No receipt = no reimbursement.
💡 Held at the end of each posidelki.
The prize winner is determined by:

Typical prizes: digital subscriptions, alcohol sets, sweets, tickets, etc. (value up to $20).
